Instant Help is just a click away

1.  Please Click on the AIT Help-Now icon.
2.  When Prompted, SAVE it to your DESKTOP

3.  Minimize your browser, and look for the the bright yellow icon on your desktop (unless you have Vista or Windows 7, in which case the icon will be a dull green with no writing inside the icon)
4.  Double click on the AIT Help-Now icon.  If prompted with a security warning click OK.
5.  Call the Phone number listed inside the AIT Help-Now tool to start a support session.
6.  The technician will instruct you which helpdesk to double click on.
